At Camptho Adventure Outfitters, you can use various types of vouchers to pay for your order. Below are answers to frequently asked questions regarding the use of these vouchers on our webshop.

1. Which vouchers do we accept?

At Camptho Adventure Outfitters, we accept different types of vouchers from the providers Edenred, Monizze, and Pluxee, including:

  • Gift Vouchers (Gift)
  • Meal Vouchers (Meal)
  • Eco Vouchers (Eco)
  • Purchasing Power Vouchers (Eco or Meal)

2. Which products can I buy with my vouchers?

Each product on our webshop has a specific voucher type that can be used for payment. By default, the "gift" (Gift) voucher is applied to our entire assortment. However, if a product can be paid for using a different voucher type, such as "meal" (Meal) for food products or "eco" (Eco) for ecological or sustainable products, the default value is overridden and the product can only be paid for with the overriding voucher type specified in the product description or specifications.

3. Can I pay for products with different vouchers in one order?

Yes, this is possible! Within one order, you can pay for products using different voucher types. However, only one voucher type can be applied per product. At checkout, you will be asked which voucher type you would like to use for the corresponding products.

For example:

  • You can use meal vouchers (Meal) for the amount of food products in your shopping cart.
  • For ecological or sustainable products, you can use eco vouchers (Eco).
  • The remaining balance of your order that cannot be paid with vouchers can be settled using another payment method, such as Bancontact, iDEAL, or PayPal.

4. Can I pay for shipping costs with my vouchers?

No, shipping costs can never be paid with vouchers. Shipping costs must always be paid using another payment method, such as Bancontact, iDEAL, or PayPal.

5. What if an amount was charged to my payment card but I didn't receive an order confirmation?

If an amount has been charged to your payment card but you did not receive an order confirmation, this means the order was not completed correctly. This could happen if the shipping costs were not paid, the payment screen was closed manually, or there was an outstanding balance.

In this case, the amount already paid will be converted into a voucher, which will be linked to your customer account. The creation of the voucher may take 1 to 3 business days. If the voucher is not created after this period, we kindly ask you to contact us with the proof of the deduction and any relevant information. We will then verify if you are entitled to a voucher.

The voucher is valid for one year from the creation date and can be used for our full assortment.

6. What if I paid for my order (partly) with vouchers but wish to return it?

The amount paid with vouchers (such as gift-, meal-, eco-, or purchasing power vouchers) will be credited to your account in the form of a voucher. It is not legally allowed to refund paid voucher amounts in cash.

If you used another payment method, the remaining amount will be refunded through your original payment method.
