How much is my shipping cost?
All prices in our webshop do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in the product description. The shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination. You can always consult the total shipping cost in the shopping basket.
We only ship with DPD to the following destinations:

Delivery time
When will my parcel be delivered?
We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Usually, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days if in stock. If for any reason we do not meet this predetermined processing time, we will inform you personally. For orders with backordered items, the delivery time is on request, as it depends on availability from our supplier.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the delivery service, who in turn make every effort to deliver your package safely to your chosen address. Any delays by the delivery service can under no circumstances lead to complaints being addressed to us.
Returning
What are the return conditions?
Sometimes you may wish to return an order.
You can claim the cooling-off period and return your order up to 14 calendar days after receiving it.
Please follow the steps below carefully;
- Before you can return an order , you must notify our customer service department by e-mail within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- After you have notified us and we accept your request , carefully repackage your order in order to return it. We will create a return shipping label for you, the cost of which you will have to pay.
- Upon receipt of the return package, after thorough inspection, you will be credited with the order amount* due within 14 days minus the cost of the return.
*Only the amount relating to the returned item(s) will be refunded if it is a partial return.
Please note!
- We do not accept returns without timely notification.
- A credit is always exclusive of shipping and return costs. Consequently, the return costs are always for your own account.
- Should the product or the original packaging be more damaged than is necessary to view the item, we cannot take these products back. So please treat the product with care and pack your return items carefully.
- Etching goods and/or consumables that may or may not have been started cannot be returned.
- Outside the return/refund period of 14 calendar days, we do not take back any products.
